William Lövfors

Previously, I have worked on β-adrenergic signaling. More specifically I worked with Elin Nyman, and we showed that modelling is necessary to accurately estimate EC50 in cardiac tissue. This work was done in collaboration with Jordi Altimiras
I have also worked on developing a method to apply mechanistic models on large scale -omics data. This work I did together with Mattias Köpsén, and was done in collaboration with the Mikael Benson group. A manuscript of this work is currently in progress. I plan on getting my degree in engineering biology in the spring 2016, and then continue as a PhD in the field of systems biology.
