PHD-courses

The next Ph.D. course in systems biology will be given by Gunnar Cedersund (isbgroup) and Prof Claudio Altafini (ISY). The course will be divided in two parts. The first part, during November and December 2015, is given by Claudio, and will cover topics such as nonlinear dynamical systems, bifurcations, stability analysis, continuations, etc. The second part is given by Gunnar Cedersund, will be held during Feb-April 2016, and will cover topics such as system identification, model reduction, identifiability analysis, etc. There will also be some additional guest lecturers that will give individual lectures on specific topics, also including large-scale modelling, mixed-effect modelling, etc. For question concerning the course, please contact Gunnar Cedersund.
