Education

We are involved in undergraduate education at Linkoping University in various ways. At the medical faculty we are part of traditional teaching, e.g. teaching medical doctors.

We are also involved in Technical and Chemical Biology engineering programs, and are gradually changing them to create students who are more well-prepared for the integrative challenges of tomorrow, including systems biology. We do this through various smaller changes in existing courses (introducing computer labs in biochemistry courses, and biological examples in control engineering courses), but also through dedicated systems biology courses, in particular TBMT19/37, TBMT33 the third year Bachelor's project for TB students, and TBMT42.

We offer project courses to interested students. It can be anything from a Master's/Bachelor's thesis to an internship/research preparatory course.
