Our Modelling
The ISB modelling has it's root in ordinary differential equations (ODE's) which many of our projects are built upon. These projects are divied below, you can read more about our mechanistic descriptions of different cell systems and organs under "Organ and cell types" and work targeting diseases and other alterations of biological functions is presented under "Disease and biological function". Although many projects are built upon ODE modelling, we have embraced other methods over the years. Under "Methodology" you can read more about our different workprocesses and what types of metohds we are using.
