TBMT19 (TB) and TBMT37 (KB) is a short (2 hp) introductory course to Systems Biology. The course consists of lectures and computer labs and goes through the basic concepts in systems biology.

This course exists in two versions: TBMT19 for TB students, and TBMT37 for KB students. TBMT19 gives the necessary prerequisites for TBMT33 which is a Bachelor's project course where the students learn to interpret real biological data to answer real (unanswered) research questions using mathematical modelling.

Note, if you are a KB-student taking TBMT37 and want to have the same requirements met, you need to do the more advanced script-based version of the computer lab, and not the GUI-assisted one (see resources below).
